This policy applies to entry and bookings at Bowland Wild Boar Park operated by Simply Native Ltd.

1. Entry Charges

The Park operates a vehicle-based access charge rather than per-person admission.

Entry charges are collected at the entrance and provide access to the Park for the day.

2. Refunds

Because entry is charged per vehicle rather than per person, refunds are not normally issued once entry has been paid.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

3. Events & Bookings

Some events or activities may require advance booking.

Where applicable, refund terms will be stated at the time of booking.

4. Weather

The Park remains open in most weather conditions.

As an outdoor attraction, refunds are not issued due to weather conditions.

5. Management Discretion

All decisions regarding refunds or cancellations remain at the discretion of management.

GRAND RE-OPENING
